First month bonus
When you subscribe, your first month comes with extra credits to help you get started. After that, your plan refills with the regular monthly amount.
Premium vs Efficient AI chat
Pidiga has two chat modes:
- Premium — Powered by our most capable AI. Best for complex tasks, detailed product descriptions, and nuanced conversations. Uses your monthly Premium chat allowance.
- Efficient — Fast and free. Great for quick tasks like checking orders, updating stock, or simple questions. Unlimited on all paid plans.
When your Premium chats run out, Pidi automatically switches to Efficient mode. You can still do everything — it's just a lighter AI model under the hood.
Unused credits
Credits carry over to the next month, up to a cap:

Anything above the cap at the end of the month expires. Top-up credits have their own 60-day expiry.
Which plan is right for me?
- Starter — You're just getting going. A few products, a handful of orders. You want AI help but don't need it all day.
- Plus — Your store is active. You're generating images regularly, running marketing campaigns, and maybe want your own domain.
- Premium — You're running a serious operation. Multiple team members, high volume, and you want the best AI experience.
