What costs credits, how much, and what's free.
Credits are Pidiga's simple way of tracking AI usage. Think of them like fuel — your plan fills the tank every month, and each AI action uses a bit.

What's free (no credits needed)
These never cost credits, on any plan:
- Efficient AI chat — unlimited on all paid plans
- Adding/editing products — through chat or dashboard
- Managing orders — status updates, tracking, notifications
- Store design — themes, colours, layout changes
- Customer management — browsing customers, order history
- Analytics — revenue reports, product performance
- Settings — account, payments, team, domain config
- WhatsApp broadcasts — sending messages to customers
The everyday stuff — running your store, checking orders, updating products — is always free. Credits are only for the AI-powered creative work.
Checking your balance
You can see your credit balance anytime:
"Hey Pidi, how many credits do I have?"
Or check the Credits section in your dashboard sidebar.
What happens when credits run out?
Don't worry — your store keeps running perfectly. Here's what changes:
- AI chat switches to Efficient mode (free, unlimited)
- Image generation and photo enhancement pause until you top up or your plan refills
- Orders, products, store — everything else works normally
You can grab a top-up pack anytime to get back to full power, or wait for your monthly refill.
