Track your sales, order volume, and growth over time.
Key metrics
Your analytics dashboard tracks these numbers:
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Total revenue | Money from paid orders |
| Order count | Number of orders placed |
| Average order value (AOV) | Revenue divided by orders — higher is better |
| Conversion rate | % of store visitors who placed an order |
Time filters
Filter your data by time period:
- Today — what happened so far
- Last 7 days — this week's performance
- Last 30 days — monthly view
- Custom range — pick any date range
Revenue chart
The chart shows your daily revenue as a bar graph. Look for:
- Peaks — which days perform best (usually after broadcasts or social posts)
- Trends — is your weekly average going up?
- Dips — did you forget to post or broadcast?
Order breakdown
Below the chart you'll see:
- Payment status — how many paid vs pending vs COD
- Fulfillment status — how many shipped vs pending
- Channel — orders from your store link vs WhatsApp vs social media
