Getting started on WhatsApp
How to connect with Pidi on WhatsApp and start managing your store.
Step 1: Message Pidi
Send "Hi" to Pidi on WhatsApp:

Or tap the WhatsApp button on pidiga.com.
Step 2: Verify your number
Pidi will ask you to confirm your WhatsApp number. This links your phone to your Pidiga account so Pidi knows which store you're managing.
Use the same WhatsApp number you signed up with. If you used a different number, tell Pidi and it'll help you link it.
Step 3: Start chatting
Once connected, you can do everything through WhatsApp:
- "Show me today's orders"
- "Add a product: Chocolate Cake, ₹450"
- "Generate an image for Gold Necklace"
- "Send a broadcast about my new collection"
