Delivery partners

Connect Shiprocket, Delhivery, Shipway, Ekart, or other shipping partners to dispatch orders directly from Pidiga.

WhatsApp + Dashboard. You can connect delivery partners by telling Pidi or from the dashboard. Pidi can also compare rates and dispatch orders for you.

Shiprocket setup

Step 1 — Create a Shiprocket account

  1. Go to shiprocket.in and sign up
  2. Complete KYC verification (PAN, bank details, GSTIN if applicable)
  3. Add your pickup address — this is where couriers will collect packages

Step 2 — Note your credentials

You need your Shiprocket email and password (the same ones you use to log in).

Shiprocket uses email + password authentication. Make sure your password is strong — Pidiga encrypts and stores it securely (AES-256-GCM).

Step 3 — Connect to Pidiga

Via Pidi (WhatsApp):

"Connect Shiprocket"

Pidi will ask for your email and password, verify the connection, and confirm.

Via Dashboard:

Settings → Delivery Partners → Add Partner → Select Shiprocket → Enter email and password → Save

Step 4 — Set your pickup address

Tell Pidi your pickup address (where couriers collect packages from you):

"My pickup address is Anu's Kitchen, 9876543210, 12 MG Road, Ernakulam, Kerala, 682011"

This is used for rate calculation and shipping label generation.


Delhivery setup

Step 1 — Create a Delhivery account

  1. Go to delhivery.com and sign up as a seller
  2. Complete your business profile and KYC
  3. Add your warehouse/pickup address

Step 2 — Get your API token

  1. Log in to track.delhivery.com
  2. Go to API Setup or Settings → API
  3. Copy your API Token (a long string starting with a hex code)

Delhivery uses a single API token for authentication. Keep it safe — anyone with this token can create shipments on your account.

Step 3 — Connect to Pidiga

Via Pidi (WhatsApp):

"Connect Delhivery"

Pidi will ask for your API token, verify, and confirm.

Via Dashboard:

Settings → Delivery Partners → Add Partner → Select Delhivery → Enter API token → Save


Xpressbees setup

Coming soon. Xpressbees integration is under development.

  1. Sign up at xpressbees.com
  2. Complete seller registration and KYC
  3. You will need your email and password for API access
  4. Once available on Pidiga, tell Pidi "Connect Xpressbees" to set up

Shadowfax setup

Coming soon. Shadowfax integration is under development.

  1. Sign up at shadowfax.in as a merchant
  2. Complete your business profile
  3. Request API access from your account manager — you will receive an API token
  4. Once available on Pidiga, tell Pidi "Connect Shadowfax" to set up

Borzo setup

Coming soon. Borzo integration is under development.

  1. Sign up at borzo.com (formerly WeFast)
  2. Complete your business profile
  3. Go to Settings → API → Copy your API token
  4. Once available on Pidiga, tell Pidi "Connect Borzo" to set up

Shipway setup

Step 1 — Create a Shipway account

  1. Go to shipway.com and sign up
  2. Complete your business profile and KYC
  3. Connect at least one courier partner inside Shipway (they aggregate 30+ couriers)

Step 2 — Get your credentials

  1. Log in to your Shipway dashboard
  2. Go to Settings → API Integration
  3. Copy your username and license key

Shipway uses username + license key authentication. Both are required. You can find them under API Integration settings.

Step 3 — Connect to Pidiga

Via Pidi (WhatsApp):

"Connect Shipway"

Pidi will ask for your username and license key, verify the connection, and confirm.

Via Dashboard:

Settings → Delivery Partners → Add Partner → Select Shipway → Enter username and license key → Save


Ekart Logistics setup

Step 1 — Create an Ekart account

  1. Go to ekartlogistics.com and sign up as a seller/merchant
  2. Complete your business profile, KYC, and bank details
  3. Add your warehouse/pickup address

Step 2 — Get your credentials

  1. Log in to your Ekart merchant dashboard
  2. Go to Settings → API Access or contact your Ekart account manager
  3. Copy your API token and client ID

Ekart uses API token + client ID for authentication. Both are required. If you don't see API settings, contact Ekart support to enable API access for your account.

Step 3 — Connect to Pidiga

Via Pidi (WhatsApp):

"Connect Ekart"

Pidi will ask for your API token and client ID, verify, and confirm.

Via Dashboard:

Settings → Delivery Partners → Add Partner → Select Ekart → Enter API token and client ID → Save


Using delivery partners

Compare rates

Once connected, ask Pidi to compare shipping rates for any order:

"What are the shipping rates for order #42?"

"Compare delivery options for my latest order"

Pidi fetches rates from all your connected partners and shows options sorted by price with estimated delivery times.

Dispatch an order

Pick a rate option and Pidi dispatches instantly:

"Ship order #42 via Shiprocket"

"Dispatch with Delhivery"

Your buyer automatically gets a WhatsApp message with the tracking number and link.

Track a shipment

"Where is order #42?"

"Track shipment status"

Pidi shows real-time status, location, and estimated delivery date.

Set a default partner

"Make Shiprocket my default delivery partner"

The default partner is used when you don't specify one during dispatch.

Remove a partner

"Remove Delhivery"

This disconnects the partner. Your existing shipments are not affected.

FAQ

Are my credentials safe? Yes. All delivery partner credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. They are never logged or exposed in API responses.

Can I connect multiple partners? Yes, one account per partner. You can have Shiprocket and Delhivery connected simultaneously and compare rates between them.

What if verification fails? Double-check your credentials on the partner's website. For Shiprocket, try logging in at shiprocket.in with the same email/password. For Delhivery, verify your API token is active.

Do I need a pickup address? Yes. Before your first dispatch, set your pickup address — this is where the courier collects packages. Tell Pidi your address or set it in the dashboard.

What happens when I dispatch an order? The order status changes to "shipped", an AWB (airway bill) number is generated, and your buyer gets a WhatsApp message with the tracking link.
