Create your store

Sign up and meet Pidi — your AI store manager.

Step 1: Sign up

Create your account with your email and password. Pick your:

  • Business name — what customers see
  • Store URLyourname.pidiga.com

Step 2: Meet Pidi

Once you're in, the chat panel is on the right side of your dashboard. That's where Pidi lives. Start by introducing your business:

"Hey Pidi, I sell handmade silver jewellery from Jaipur. My store name is Silver Stories."

Pidi will remember this and use it later — for product descriptions, marketing copy, and customer conversations.

"What should I do first?"

"Help me set up my store"

Step 3: Set up your profile

Ask Pidi

"Update my business name to Silver Stories"

"Set my WhatsApp number to +91 98765 43210"

"My store description is: Handcrafted silver jewellery inspired by Rajasthani heritage"

Or use the dashboard

Go to Settings and fill in the fields manually.

Pidi remembers. Whatever you tell Pidi about your business, it uses that context when writing descriptions, generating images, and talking to your customers. The more Pidi knows, the better it works.

Step 4: Choose a theme

Dashboard recommended. Theme selection is visual — you'll want to preview before choosing. Go to Store Design in the dashboard.

You can still ask Pidi:

"What themes are available?"

"Change my theme to the minimal layout"

But for the initial pick, the dashboard preview is better.
